Gemma McKechnie

Gemma started here at Alora in 2020 as an animal care assistant and worked her way up to start her journey as a student veterinary nurse in 2021. Gemma really enjoys the surgical nursing aspect of veterinary nursing and recovering her patients with lots and lots of TLC. You'll usually find Gemma in the waiting area giving out treats to all the animals possible to make their visit to the vet a little better.

Gemma also changes her hair colour frequently so it's hard to keep up sometimes! In her free time Gemma loves the local music scene and spending time with her partner and friends.
